As an independent store we work our socks off to bring you an original and carefully sourced range of goods. We’re passionate about good design and quality products and with your support we may be able to offer all of this for years to come. Delivery is sent via Royal Mail and posted within 2-3 working from order placement.
UK mainland delivery on all products starts from £0.95 for smaller items (eg. cards) From £3.95 for medium items and £8.99 for larger items (eg. heavy toy sets) the postage will be as stated at checkout.
Click and Collect is availble on all items if you prefer to collect in store.
Very bulky items or large multi item orders may benefit from a courier delivery. In this event you will contacted to advise on postage options and advised on any additional payment required.
We are keen to only use recycled packaging and endevour to get your parcel to you in perfect conditon. As such we hope you’re ok with wonky packages from time to time. However if an item is being forwarded by us as a gift from you we will ensure the package looks as smart as possible.
Hopefully you’ll be delighted with everything you purchase from Mustard but if some freak occurance requires a return (we’re only human!) here’s what to do…
We can only accept returns on faulty/damaged items sold via our website or instore. As a small independent business we unable to offer ‘change of heart’ refunds. Unless faulty custom made products, chocolate/edibles, pierced jewellery can also not be returned.
Please call us on 0116 2717077 or email on firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us within 48 hours of delivery that you wish to return a faulty or damaged item. Returned items need to be received by us within 14 days.
Postage for all returns must be paid for by the customer. We recommend using tracked postage for all returns.
We will contact you to confirm we have recieved the item and the full refund for the purchase cost of the item will be made.
Where applicable ‘credit notes’ can only be issued instore for returned goods.
Gift Vouchers can also only be purchased and used instore.
